We’re excited to be opening our new independent dental practice in Timperley, and we’re looking for caring and professional people to join us. We currently have opportunities for the following roles starting work in March/April 2026:
Receptionist
Hours: 9.00 am – 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday (full-time or part-time considered)
Salary: £20,000 – £25,000 per year (depending on experience)
Equivalent hourly rate: £11.44 – £14.00
What you’ll do:
- Welcome patients and provide a friendly, professional first impression
- Manage appointment bookings, phone calls, and patient enquiries
- Take payments and handle administration tasks
- Ensure the reception area runs smoothly and efficiently
- Support the clinical team with day-to-day practice operations
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a reception, front-of-house, or customer service role (dental/medical background desirable but not essential)
- Warm and professional communication style
- Confidence with IT systems and accurate record-keeping
- Organised, reliable, and able to multitask in a busy environment
